Design Review & Quotation
1-2 DaysSubmit your design files (AI, EPS, PDF, or high-res PNG). Our engineering team reviews for manufacturability, suggests improvements, and provides a detailed quotation including unit price, MOQ, tooling costs, and timeline.

Digital Proof Approval
2-3 DaysWe create a detailed digital rendering showing your design with exact colors, proportions, metal lines, and finish. This is your chance to verify everything before we commit to physical production.

Check text legibility at actual size. Small text (under 5pt) may need adjustment for enamel filling.
Mold Creation & Sampling
5-7 DaysWe create the metal die mold and produce 2-5 physical samples. This is the most critical step—you see and touch the actual product before approving mass production.

Pro Tip
Request samples in different finishes (e.g., gold vs. silver plating) if you are unsure. Sample costs are credited to your full order.
Mass Production
10-15 DaysFull production begins after sample approval. Our production lines include stamping, enamel filling, baking, polishing, plating, and attachment. In-process QC checks occur at every stage.

Standard production is 10-15 days. Rush orders (7-10 days) are available with a 20-30% surcharge.
Quality Control & Packaging
2-3 DaysEvery unit undergoes final inspection: color accuracy, surface finish, attachment strength, and packaging integrity. Defective units are separated and replaced.

We maintain a target defect rate of under 0.5%. For orders over 1,000 units, we include a 2% overage to cover any transit damage.
Shipping & Delivery
5-10 DaysWe handle all export documentation, customs declarations, and shipping logistics. Choose between express air freight (5-7 days) or economical sea freight (20-30 days).
