1. Wholesale Agreement

BANTO specializes in wholesale IP accessory manufacturing. All orders are subject to minimum order quantities (MOQ) as specified per product. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Order and Pricing

Prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified. All prices are subject to change without notice. Confirmed orders are locked at the quoted price.

• Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) applies to all products
• Tier pricing available for bulk orders
• Sample orders accepted for product evaluation

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are negotiated per order. Standard terms require a deposit before production begins, with balance due before shipment.

4. Intellectual Property

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have proper licensing rights for any copyrighted characters or designs used in custom orders. BANTO produces goods based on client-provided designs and assumes no liability for IP infringement.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which BANTO operates.
